Field Service Branch Manager Regional Supervisor Automated CNC Machine Tool Routers Grinders Saws Cutters Lathes Mills Millers Machining Centers Robot Loaders Hiring Scheduling Budgets Training Customer Service _ .

Manage service related functions for Machine Tools, Machining Centers and Peripheral Machine Shop Equipment including dispatching, tracking all maintenance calls, preventive maintenance visits, upgrades, installations, etc.

*** Recommend candidates for employment.

*** Develop and train subordinates.

*** Conduct performance evaluations, plan salary actions, recommend promotions, interpret and apply organization policies, and monitor and resolve employee situations.

*** Advise staff on operational projects and tasks.

*** Direct service and repair of automated machine tools including Lathes, Mills, Grinders, Machining Centers, Etc.

*** Establish unit objectives, work plans, and schedules.

*** Manage, integrate, and coordinate work groups and service technicians engaged in similar or related routine maintenance activities.

*** Perform administrative activities such as developing budgets, cost and benefit analyses, and similar.

*** Evaluate and implement changes in work procedures.
