EQUIPMENT TO BE SERVICED:

1. X-Ray Therapy Equipment: External Beam Therapy Equipment, Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy Systems, Linear Accelerators, and Cobalt Machines.

2. Research Laboratory X-Ray Dosing Equipment: Pulsed, Cell Culture Irradiation Systems, Millibeam Concentrators, and X-Ray Sterilizers.

Activities:

*** Act as key technical expert for x-ray equipment used in customer facilities.

*** Perform Planned Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM).

*** Diagnose problems with equipment and recommend best-fit solutions including replacement of worn parts, upgrade of software, or repair of broken components like: Control Panels; High Frequency Generators; Xray Tubes; Collimators & Grids; Digital Image Receptors; Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS); Image Management Systems; Data Storage Devices; Networks; Extension Arms; Cathodes & Anodes; Power Supplies; Thermal Detectors; Cooling Systems; etc.

*** Attend training session on imaging equipment maintenance and technology to remain up-to-date on technological and medical equipment advances.
