*** Provide technical service to customers through the installation, calibration, repair, training, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.

*** Respond to customer issues within 24 hours of notification.

*** Complete field change orders, customer complaint handling, and instrument configuration documentation for ISO compliance.

*** Ensure instrumentation is in compliance with regulatory requirements and quality control standards.

*** Determine correct inventory levels of repair parts with supply lines.

*** Utilize internal Customer Relationship Management databases to maintain and develop positive relationships with customers.

*** Serve as single-point-of-contact for customer on technical and service related issues.
