Company committed to safe, sustainable, economical, and environmentally responsible mining and processing of proppant sand used in oil and gas exploration seeks an individual to join maintenance team to perform highly diversified duties including the installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of production and facility equipment, including bucket elevators, conveyors, compressors and pumps, with minimal supervision and often in an expert-advisory capacity.

Activities:

*** Regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities using mechanical, electrical, welding, hydraulic and pneumatic skills.

*** Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, replace and repairs parts, test, calibrate, adjust and validate equipment.

*** Coordinate and oversee emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment.

*** Occasionally may machine parts.

*** Detects faulty operations, defective material and other unusual situations and reports those to proper supervision.

*** Maintains clean and orderly work areas and comply with Mine Safety and Health Administration regulations.

Must be able to independently:

*** Repairs or replaces control devices such as, switches, photo eyes, proximity sensors, push buttons, contactors, motor starters, etc.

*** Read and interpret equipment manuals, drawings and schematics to perform required maintenance and service.
