Seeking individual with experience servicing highly automated packaging machinery specializing in liquid filling and rotary labeling and capping equipment.

Service packaging and filling equipment such as:

*** Filling Equipment: Piston Fillers; Vacuum Fillers; Gravity Fillers; Tare-In Tare-Out; Continuous Motion Fillers; Liquid Fillers; Lobe Fillers; Weight Fillers; Volumetric Fillers; Overflow Fillers; Molten Fillers; Pump Fillers; Pressure Fillers; Manual Pressure Fillers; Funnel Fillers; etc.

*** Automated Closer & Cappers System Components: Cap Inspectors; Cap Detectors; Cap Sorters (Waterfall, Vibratory, Centrifugal); Pick & Place Cappers; Spin Cappers; Head Steam Cappers; Steam Vacuum cappers; Capping Turrets for Twist Caps; Press-On Cappers; Cap Feeders; Plugger & Stoppering Systems; Single & Double Index Chuck Cappers; Crimpers; Rotary Systems; Trigger Pump; Decappers; Foil Sealers; Screw Cappers; Explosion Proof Servo Cappers; Inline Cappers; Cap Elevators; Cap Blowers; Foil Heat Sealing Cappers; Cap Sterilizers; Champagne Cork Wire Twisters; Belt Wheel Cappers; Retorquers; Lug Cappers; Spindle Capper; Quill Cappers; Cap in Head Cappers; Cork Closure System; Wirehooders; Spindle Cappers; Roll-On Aluminum Closers; etc.

Activities:

*** Train equipment operators in proper use and cleaning of highly automated equipment.

*** Assembling, commissioning, troubleshooting and repairing high tech electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic packaging machinery in cluding components such as: PLCs; Hydraulics; Pneumatics; Electrical Circuits; AC, DC, Servo Motors and drives; Machine vision systems

Requirements:

*** Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

*** Ability to travel Monday through Friday.

*** 3+ years experience servicing liquid filling and related packaging equipment.

Total compensation up to $120,000 per year with generous hourly rates as well as unlimited opportunities for OT. Extensive company paid training programs.
