Requires a Field Service Mechanic willing to travel to customer sites nationally and service Plastic Injection Molding Machinery and supporting equipment.

Activities Include:

*** Install, set up, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Plastic Injection Molding Machinery.

*** Repair, maintain, or replace hydraulics, motors, bearings, platens, plates, nozzles, chambers, heaters, barrels, screws, and any other machine components.

*** Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on machine controllers and PLCs.

*** Train clients in the operation and maintenence methods.

This position requires 3+ years proven track record of successful troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic and mechanical issues on Plastic Injection Molding Machinery or similar and an understanding of 3D models, mechanical drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams.
