Seeking customer facing engineer and service team leader who can manage activities of service technicians, provide hands-on expertise with equipment, and liaise with customers to train, resolve issues, and answer questions.

Supervise a local and remote team of 15+ CNC Machine Tool Technicians.

Must be able to read, interpret, and use electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic drawings and schematics. Requires understanding of electrical power distribution, machine control, and electro-mechanical components of conveyors and sorters.

Shall act as primary point of contact for customer representatives during service calls, maintenance, repair, upgrade, and overhaul projects for conveying and sorting material handling systems. Provide hands-on assistance with controls programming, equipment inspection, and maintenance or repair projects.
