*** Provide technical, operational, and maintenance training on equipment.

*** Document service activities and all related expenses.

*** Provide feedback information for Periodic Maintenance program and design improvement initiatives.

*** Rebuild and repair glass and stone machinery in-house.

*** Maintain warehouse, machine shop, and grounds.

*** Attend trade shows to set up and tear down equipment and serve as technical representative.
