Description
Manage service activities for medical diagnostic imaging equipment in assigned territory to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.

*** Install new systems at customer sites, including X-ray, MRI, and CT systems.

*** Provide field service and technical support for customers by phone, online, or onsite as determined by machine status and customer requirements.

*** Manage scheduling and work priorities to ensure that urgent customer requirements are addressed appropriately.

*** Execute customer support strategy to maximize long-term installed base customer loyalty.

*** Document work activities to provide product service history for regulatory compliance.
