Responsibilities:

*** Address installation, relocation, repair, preventative maintenance, calibration, and similar customer service requests.

*** Promote service contracts, accessories, parts, upgrades, software, and similar to existing accounts.

*** Train customer base on equipment maintenance and operation.

*** Serve as subject matter expert of equipment specs and laboratory applications.

*** Liaise customer feedback to product development teams.

Requirements:

*** Bachelors in Electronics, Science, or similar field.

*** 3+ years of Field Service experience in a laboratory or similar environment.

*** Ability to read, interpret, and utilize component layout drawings, assembly drawings, wiring and labeling diagrams.
