Equipment includes: Mixers; Grinders; Blenders; Dough Kneaders, Proofers, & Conditioners; Fryers; Ovens; Toasters; Steamers; Heated Air Cookers; Branders & Searers; Batter Applicators; Coaters & Breaders; Peelers & Slicers; Washers & Blanchers; Mashers; Simmering & Soaking; Oil & Water Separators, Recovery Systems, Filters and Mist Eliminators; Slurry & Flavoring Spray Systems; Nugget Formers; and similar.

Responsibilities:

*** Install food processing equipment at customer locations.

*** Maintain and troubleshoot customer equipment.

*** Address customer requests for emergency service.

*** Maintain all assets needed to perform tasks such as tools, parts, inventory, and test equipment.
