Perform new equipment installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repair of manufacturing equipment used for capping bottles & jars in the food, beverage, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries.

Activities:

*** Install new equipment at customer sites, such as Crimpers; Chuck Cappers; Rotary Chuck Cappers; Stopper Placement; Spindle Cappers; Snap Cappers; Roll Over Pilfer Proof (ROPP) Cappers; Cap Tighteners; Pick & Place Cappers; Vertical Placers; Screw Cappers; Push-On Cappers; Roll-On Cappers; Vertical Wheels; Centrifugal Feeders; Waterfall Feeders; Vibratory Feeders; Cap Elevators; etc.

*** Demonstrate applicable PLC and software capabilities to the customer.

*** Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs of equipment for customers at the customer site, including hydroelectric, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

*** Document all service performed on equipment and future service needs.

*** Prepare service reports and installation forms.

*** Track expenses and complete expense reports.

*** Maintain a safe work environment within OSHA and MIOSHA guidelines.
