Seeking individual with a road warrior mentality who has experience traveling to customer sites to install, repair, and modify CNC Metal Forming Machines.

Activities:

*** Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair CNC laser cutters, metal bending and crowning robots, robotic die stamping, press brakes, tube benders, gas, crystal and fiber lasers, laser welding systems, panel benders, punching centers, shearing systems, tube drawers, fin formers, and bead rollers.

*** Train end users on proper start up, operation, shut down, cleaning, and basic maintenance.

*** Recommend additional warranties or service plans.

*** Assist with spare part ordering and recommend purchase of replacement parts or tooling.

*** Act as the face of the company to customers and address all questions and concerns.

*** Repair and upgrade machines, provide remote assistance when customers need help solving minor problems.
