Activities:

*** Schedule and perform installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of Oxford MQC-23 Bench Top NMR System, Oxford GeoSpec, Oxford MQR TD-NMR, magritek Spinsolve, Bruker Neo Nanobay, Bruker Avance Neo, Nanalysis NMReady60, ThermoFisher picoSpin, MagStation NMR, Buck Scientific, aspectimaging AI-60 Portable Lab NMR, Tokyo Instruments NMReady 60e, NIUMAG, or similar.

*** Address customer requests for emergency service.

*** Assist with end user training.

*** Partner with Sales team to grow and sustain client base.

*** Manage trunk inventory and complete required equipment audits.

Experience Sought:

*** 3+ years of Technical Support, Field Service, or similar experience with Lab Equipment, Electronics, or similar equipment.

*** Associate's degree or technical training in Electronics, Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar field.
