Service automated inspection products and systems for clients in the food and beverage packaging industries.

*** Install, maintain, and repair computer based systems, electro-mechanical equipment, vision inspection equipment (Vision, X-Ray, Infra-Red, Magnetic, etc.), PLC control systems, and processor based inspection systems.

*** Evaluate electrical and electro-mechanical equipment and determine correct repair procedures.

*** Troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish industrial electronic equipment involving VFDs, PLCs, Servos, Instrumentation, Power Supplies, HMIs, etc.

*** Assemble and disassemble electronic circuit boards, cables, electromechanical parts, and sub-assemblies testing.

*** Test and repair or replace electronic components to board level, including diodes, transistors, resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and other printed circuit components.

Should have electronics repair experience with: PC controlled production line equipment; troubleshooting system boards; programmable controllers; actuators; gauges; transducers; machine vision involving digital cameras, CCD & CMOS Chips and lasers; miniature pumps; and similar.
