Seeking hands-on experience installing, repairing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and overhauling advanced electromechanical automated conveying, sorting, and storage systems.

Activities:

*** Install, repair, set up, test, and overhaul complex material handling systems incorporating smart conveyors, paddle sorters, cross belt sorters, pushers, pick and pack robots, etc.

*** Install, repair, tune, or replace gear motors, hydraulic pistons, actuators, servos, controllers, wiring, etc.

*** Order spare parts and replacements.

*** Troubleshoot, diagnose, and modify PLC logic.

*** Assist with installation, commissioning, and overhaul of equipment and attachments.

Must have 3+ years experience installing, troubleshooting, replacing, and updating electromechanical systems, PLCs, conveyor systems, sorters, etc.
