Large regional distributor of CNC machine tools is seeking a Field Service Engineer for regional maintenance of CNC machines including:

*** Multi-axis Machining Centers

*** Precision grinders

*** High Speed Millers

*** Vertical Turning Lathes

Background in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulics a plus; must have experience in reading schematics, troubleshooting and repairing automated machine tools including CNC boring mills, grinders, lathes or similar. Demonstrated proficiency in mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair.

Shall travel within region to service automated CNC machine tools for a variety of clients. Install, set up, and troubleshoot new equipment in high tech facilities. Assist customer with operation of CNC machines and advise on best courses of action for the customer. Perform preventative maintenance on automated CNC machines and similar equipment.
