Responsibilities:

*** Support field engineers and in-house assembly teams during new equipment building, customer equipment repair, upgrade, and modification.

*** Travel to customer plants with senior technicians and engineers and participate in installation, troubleshooting, and repair of plastic injection molding machines.

*** Train customers in proper start up, operation, shut down, and cleaning procedures.

*** Coordinate with warehouse to order spare parts.

Experience:

*** 2+ years working with injection molding equipment and familiarity with servo-drives, hydraulic pistons, machine controls, electrical power, and mechanical component repair.
