Seeking individual with experience traveling to set up and program advanced machine tools, or similar equipment who can assist with commissioning of advanced robotic cutting machines in customer facilities.

Equipment incorporates advanced digital control systems (PLC, CNC, NC, PC, etc.) from Siemens.

Technical proficiency with the Siemens SIMATIC S7 suite and SINUMERIK CNC controllers required

Shall:

*** Work with electricians, millwrights, programmers, etc. involved in on-site equipment installation, wiring, programming, set up, testing, and customer training.

*** Program machines using Simatic S7 Console; test, troubleshoot, and modify code to perform appropriately.

*** Train customers and end users on proper operation of controllers and machinery.

Starting compensation up to $90,000 annually with overtime and performance bonus. Company paid full medical, dental, vision, life and liability, and death and accidental dismemberment insurance. Pension plan with matched 401(k) and paid training programs for new equipment.
