The Job:

*** Serve as source of expertise for technical product queries.

*** Lead field application support for DNA libraries and Oglio pools.

*** Provide technical support to the client. Discuss and design requirements for products related experiments.

*** Network with clients and other stakeholders to aid lead generation for sales team.

*** Collaborate with sales team to execute technical presentations at industry events.

Requirements:

*** 3+ years of field applications support and Biotechnology product development experience.

*** Bachelors in Biology, Biochemistry, Protein Engineering, or similar field.

*** Knowledge of Variant Libraries, CRISPR Gene Synthesis, and NGS applications.

*** Minimal experience with Customer Relationship Management systems.
