Robot Programmer Engineering Tech Technician Automation Programming Setup FANUC MOTOMAN Articulating Arm End Effectors Allen Bradley Panel View _ .

Operate robotic welding equipment, provide programming solutions and perform work assigned to produce quality materials to customer specifications. Safely operate and manipulate robots through proper use of robotic controllers.

Responsibilities:

*** Set-up, program, and troubleshoot robotic systems, using knowledge of PLCs, electronics, mechanics, sensors, welders, and feedback systems.

*** Safely apply welds per specification to produce completed product.

*** Responsible for programing activities as well as directing robotic task to completion.

*** Load and unload fixtures with product.

Qualifications:

*** Thorough knowledge of robotic programming and understanding of welding and material handling.

*** Experience in the following robotic manufacturing equipment; KUKA, Fanuc, Motoman etc.

*** Experience in Metal and Tungsten Inert Gas welding and touching up weld paths.
