Global company seeks an individual to manage all aspects of export compliance operations as well as review and stay up to date on regulatory changes, both US and international.

Responsibilities:

*** Ensure exported goods are in compliance with US government controls of foreign countries.

*** Confirm receiving entity is legitimate and inquire about what products and services the company or individual offers.

*** Acquire appropriate documentation from third party suppliers.

*** Participate in and conduct internal audits of export documents, processes and procedures.

*** Conduct export compliance training to personnel.

Required:

*** 4+ years of experience in trade compliance.

*** Bachelor's Degree.

*** Experience with U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

*** Track record of dealings with the Department of Commerce.
