Seeking Engineer with background in analysis, design, engineering, and fabrication of custom capital equipment.

The Job:

*** Define and review project scope to ensure mechanical and electrical design compliance with requirements.

*** Evaluate engineering designs for compliance with engineering principles, standards, requirements, and lead meetings to approve drawings and layouts, dimensional attributes, machine specifications, utility requirements, serviceability, and sanitation.

*** Perform surveys to ensure system installations meet application needs and fits manufacturing area structure.

*** Size and select components such as tanks, piping, pumps, motors, valves, instrumentation, and controls.

Required:

*** Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

*** 3+ years in process manufacturing related design work including approval, assembly, detailed production drawings, and similar.

*** Experience with 2D and 3D modeling such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, Pro Engineer, Inventor, TurboCAD, etc.

*** Knowledge of pharmaceutical processing equipment and systems, thermodynamics, heat transfer, strength of materials, and sanitary design.
