*** Manage the entire recruitment cycle with an in depth understanding of candidate and client perspectives and the changes that occur throughout each step of the hiring process.

*** Assess prospect's skills, needs, requirements, technical knowledge, and expert abilities using multiple methodologies and techniques including, advanced cold calling, referral prospecting, business development strategies, interview qualification procedures and more
