Entry Level Headhunter – Talent Acquisition Specialist - Jackson, NJ
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Headhunter to join our talent acquisition team. As a Headhunter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent to meet our clients' staffing needs. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, evaluating, and presenting qualified candidates to clients, ensuring an excellent match between their requirements and the candidates' skills and experience. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, possesses strong networking abilities, and has a deep understanding of various industries and job markets.
Responsibilities:
*** Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements, including job descriptions, qualifications, and cultural fit, while establishing strong relationships based on trust and understanding.
*** Utilize various sourcing strategies, such as online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify potential candidates who meet clients' specific criteria.
*** Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
*** Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights, salary guidance, and recruitment best practices to support their talent acquisition strategies.
*** Build and maintain a network of passive and active job seekers, establishing strong relationships and keeping in regular contact to understand their career goals and aspirations.
*** Prepare and present candidate shortlists and detailed profiles to clients, highlighting their qualifications, experience, and potential contributions to the organization.
*** Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, facilitating communication and feedback throughout the selection process.
*** Negotiate job offers and employment terms with selected candidates, ensuring alignment between client expectations and candidate requirements.
*** Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills to deliver effective talent acquisition solutions.
Requirements:
