Description
As part of the Talent Attraction and Outreach team, this role will write, edit, and maintain content for our talent acquisition specialists with a focus on bringing various types of career opportunities to life through engaging, highly effective copy.
Career Responsibilities:
*** Create content to drive qualified traffic to our talent acquisition specialists and careers website.
*** Write engaging job descriptions that will hook candidates.
*** Support the build out of a content library for different types of highly specialized candidate personas across multiple industries.
*** Edit content from various sources, develop content for job alert emails, and help shape messages in support of candidate pipeline building campaigns.
The ideal candidate is excited to proactively generate new ideas, has a can-do attitude, and eagerly explores topics with vigor and a sense of ownership.
Learn to:
*** Identify and market key differentiators to drive recruitment strategy.
*** Create branded content for candidate communications, social media, web sites, job boards, and email distribution.
*** Develop recruitment ads and technical content to attract qualified candidates.
