Growing specialty coatings and surface treatment company seeks individual who can manage multiple ongoing projects from start-up through product delivery involving various coating, surface, and chemical treatment processes.

Activities:

*** Oversee project teams and manage activities from initiation through maturation.

*** Ensure projects continuously move forward, stay within budget, meet quality standards, and project teams are made aware of next steps in process.

*** Create and manage project budgets, track expenses, and develop plans to counter and prevent cost overruns.

Qualifications:

*** B.S. in Engineering discipline, or equivalent technical degree and hands-on project management experience in a coatings and surface treatment environment.

*** Must know heat treatment, coatings, or other surface treatment for steel or aluminum.

*** Expertise with NADCAP, AS9000, and ISO 9000 (or similar) is highly desirable.
