Seeking individual with background leading engineering design and drafting teams and hands-on 2D and 3D design expertise with software such as AutoCAD, TurboCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.

Shall:

*** Supervise mid to senior level drafters and designers, evaluate work, and coach team members.

*** Develop and implement training programs, recruit, hire, and train CAD drafters.

*** Schedule work assignments, inspect projects, and ensure adherence to standards.

Requirements:

*** Proven track record leading a team of CAD drafters or designers.

*** Strong abilities with 2D and 3D design and drafting software.

*** 5+ years hands-on designing and drafting experience for Chemical, Petroleum, Natural Gas, or similar industries utilizing large storage tanks and high-pressure pipelines.
