Seeking engineer with experience in specialty multi-shot injection molding processes such as: overmolding; 2-shot molding; dual-shot molding; Rotary Platen Multi-Shot Molding; Index Plate Multi-Shot Molding; Core Toggle Multi-Shot Molding; etc. used to manufacture: Soft touch handle grips and components; Power tool handles; Multi-color parts, switches, and knobs; flexible hinges; caps and enclosures; and two toned parts.

Shall work with customers to manage projects from concept through manufacture.

Shall:

*** Coordinate design and prototyping

*** Address manufacturability issues

*** Select materials

*** Oversee tooling & mold design and fabrication

*** Develop innovative new processes

*** Drive project thru to manufacturing stage

Due to recent company growth, this particular position is poised for upward advancement over the next several years. This position is the key contributor toward continued growth as a company and the employment packages reflect that fact. Potential total compensation package up to $160,000 including bonus plan; company paid full family coverage medical, dental, prescription and vision; matched 401(k); and stock options -- only parts of the complete program.
