Seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to oversee material handling projects from initial inquiry and conception through to commissioning at customer's facility including: technical planning, sizing, selection, design, and commissioning of material handling systems.

Activities:

*** Interface with sales department, sales reps, vendors, and customers to develop systems equipment proposals, cost estimates, and flow diagrams and drawings.

*** Provide technical and functional direction for equipment proposals and projects, conduct field surveys, and present proposals to prospective clients.

*** Confer with Engineering Manager to resolve complex application problems and review design criteria and application information.

*** Oversee and ensure job progress relevant to schedules through engineering, production, start-up, customer acceptance and final payment.

Desired Experience:

*** Engineering degree.

*** 4+ years experience with Material Handling related equipment and systems such as: feeders, pneumatic and mechanical conveyors, flow aids, unloading and loading devices, bulk storage, pick and pack, machine vision and RFID, palletizing, etc.
