Seeking talented and innovative Process Engineer able to provide excellent manufacturing process optimization to an extruded medical products company specializing in film, tube, bag and balloon products used in medical devices.

Activities:

*** Support the development of optimized manufacturing processes for new products to ensure a successful transfer from engineering to manufacturing.

*** Establish efficient manufacturing activities, work instructions, inspection plans, and safe operation procedures.

*** Design, implement and execute qualification and validation protocols.

*** Continuously improve manufacturing processes and train personnel on new process requirements.

Qualifications:

*** 5+ years developing extrusion and fabrication processes

*** Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.

*** Understanding of silicone rheology, tooling and material pumping systems.
