Support robot system development and integration projects from concept through installation for industrial applications.

*** Interface with management and engineering to understand robot project scope.

*** Create and develop robotics systems concepts proposal and budget for projects.

*** Develop detailed robotics system designs while considering production requirements, motion analysis, product design constraints, and required safety systems.

*** Develop request for quote specifications for contractors and vendors.

*** Design, fabricate, and assemble prototype robotic systems and components.

*** Develop control system programs for integrated equipment including robots, auxiliary equipment and other control systems.

*** Perform electrical and controls installations, wiring, and validation inspections.

*** Execute initial system trials to assess performance to specification; troubleshoot and modify robotic systems and equipment as necessary.

*** Complete validation of entire robotic systems installations to ensure specifications are met.

*** Update specifications, designs, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, etc. to ensure documentation matches as-built condition.

*** Develop robotic system preventative maintenance instructions and troubleshooting guidelines for technical personnel.
