Automation Controls Engineer Machine Design Programming PLC Programmable Logic Controllers DCS Distributed Control System SCADA HMI Human Machine Interface Motion Control Sensors Motors Actuators Machine Vision _ .

Seeking individual who can design, test, and program automation systems for biological production, filling, packaging, labeling, and logistics systems.

Shall:

*** Develop automation and control systems that bridge the plant floor with a centralized monitoring and control center featuring advanced SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems and advanced HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems.

*** Program, test, troubleshoot, and configure controls systems.

*** Program and tune PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) or similar machine control systems.

*** Start up, test, and train technicians and supervisors on control system.

Required:

*** 3+ years practical experience designing and testing control systems for pharmaceutical, bio-technology, or similar systems requiring constant monitoring and control.

*** Experience with PLC programming and HMI SCADA configuration software.

Compensation to $160,000 with end of year bonus potential, company covered competitive benefits package including full medical, dental and vision plans.
