Support sales reps, distributors and agents to help them support and deliver high quality automated In Vitro Fertilization Systems to laboratories.

Position Activities:

*** Traveling to customer sites, conferences and trade shows.

*** Demonstrating equipment and techniques.

*** Training lab staff on proper use of equipment.

*** Supporting the proper installation, calibration and maintenance of analytical instrumentation.

*** Helping to develop better protocols.

*** Sometimes diplomatically suggesting the use of different equipment, reagents, systems, processes, etc.

Requires individual familiar with wide array of embryological techniques including oocyte identification-grading, semen preparations, pronuclear evaluation, embryo evaluation, embryo transfer, embryo freezing and advanced micromanipulation (Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD), Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)).
