Manage a production team and develop, implement, track, monitor and analyze production methods and controls to electroplate parts in accordance with product specifications in the most cost efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

*** Supervise a team of 20.

*** Identify and correct electroplating process issues.

*** Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for electroplating.

*** Support continuous improvement of all plating related processes.

*** Ensuring processes conform to appropriate specifications and comply with NADCAP requirements.

*** See that all required internal and external compliance tests are performed at the appropriate times.

*** Review plating and other solution tank analysis.

*** Conducting machine and process capability studies.
