Lead electroplating technical team to develop, implement, track, monitor and analyze production and processing methods and controls allowing parts to be electroplated according to product specifications.

Activities:

*** Identify and correct electroplating process issues.

*** Oversee root cause analysis, corrective action and continuous improvement in all electroplating areas.

*** Ensure processes comply with product specifications and internal and external compliance tests are performed at the appropriate times.

*** Review and recommend changes for plating and other solution tank analysis.

*** Direct machine and process capability studies.

*** Support NADCAP compliance.
