*** Lead root cause analysis and corrective action in all electroplating areas.

*** Improve plating related processes.

*** Ensure all internal and external compliance tests are performed.

*** Recommend changes to plating and other solution tank analysis.

*** Optimize machine and process capability.

*** Manage departmental reporting related to non-conforming parts.

*** Supervise personnel performing plating and solution tank analysis.

*** Support NADCAP compliance.

BSME or BS material engineering, metallurgical engineering, or similar required.
