Manage Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project cost controls.

*** Manage project activity scheduling and monitor project progress to align with earned value against project schedule requirements; report offsets and develop remedial action plans.

*** Develop project model based on execution strategy.

*** Confirm for correctness against current known execution scope of work.

*** Provide planning and controlling for projects, including variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress, preparation of billing processes, etc.

*** Control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.

*** Develop project flow forecasts, aligning contract requirements with internal requirements and resources; escalate potential issues.

*** Monitor and forecast deviations which materially impact expectations.

*** Investigate variances from contractual and internal requirements.

*** Provide input for monthly internal and external reporting.
