Plant requires a visionary, thought-leader and individual with a track record of taking a total manufacturing division to the next level including ramping effective sales, new product development, strategic planning and ability for operations - manufacturing to be responsive to capture profitable new revenue opportunities.

*** Development and promotion of direct reports.

*** Mentorship and training of high potential employees into supervisory or middle management career paths.

*** Upgrade and expansion of Enterprise Resource Planning and Lean systems.

*** Performance enhancement of lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma.

*** Experience with overseeing, management and oversight of multiple department heads in a matrix organizations including operations, sales, engineering, production, supply chain, procurement, human resources and warehousing and logistics.

Requires:

*** Masters in Business (MBA) and minimum Bachelor's Degree in engineering or similar technical major.

*** 10+ years of senior level manufacturing facility or plant management experience in custom designed, high-mix, low volume, high margin industrial capital equipment.
