Candidate shall oversee the design and manufacturing of custom production-assembly line handing systems.

Requirements:

*** 5+ years in capital equipment design and build industry.

*** Ability to be a strategic business partner with internal and external customers, suppliers, and peers.

*** Track record driving continuous improvement activities.

*** Experience managing capital projects.

*** Knowledge of quality, customer service, reliability, safety and waste management methodologies.

*** Superior skills to hire and develop staff.
