Seeking individual with background underwriting new and renewal business focused on Directors & Officers Liability risks to join a company and make a lasting impact through growth of a profitable book of business.

Activities:

*** Evaluate applications and determine terms, rates, and plans based on risk, financial status, and loss-run history.

*** Develop and maintain guidlines, rules, rates, forms, and standards; maintain adherence to legal and regulatory laws governing D&O Liability underwriting efforts.

*** Ensure proper underwriting procedures are followed and accounts are underwritten according to guidelines.

Qualifications:

*** 3+ years Directors & Officers Liability underwriting expertise, or similar Executive Risk underwriting experience.

*** Ability to work hand-in-hand with operations, business development, and upper executive management to enhance current products and develop new products focused on profitable business.

Compensation to to $200,000 with end of year bonus potential, company covered competitive benefits package including full medical, dental and vision plans. Paid time off from start for vacations, personal and sick days, and holidays. Company matched 401(k) and opportunities to advance within the organizational structure.
