Description
Seeking candidate with full cycle recruiting experience to set direction and provide executive leadership to recruiting staff, Talent Acquisition operations, and recruiting functions.
Activities:
*** Direct and manage recruiting staff, including developing and managing policies, processes and practices to ensure that performance standards are met.
*** Determine broad recruitment direction and strategy.
*** Direct services and functions that support Talent Acquisition operations including full cycle recruiting process, background verification program, visas, and drug testing.
*** Recruit for select senior level positions.
*** Develop strong relationships with candidates, HR partners, and various levels of management, including members of the Executive Leadership Team.
*** Partner with technology resources to initiate change to recruitment technology and tools, develop new technology and tools, and endorse change among recruiting staff.
