Growing global technology solutions company looking to hire organizational development leader to consult with senior most leaders to help address pressing organizational challenges and lead team of motivated internal consultants supporting internal clients across the enterprise.
Functions:
*** Lead team of Organizational Effectiveness consultants providing support for performance consulting, organizational design, change management, and team and leadership development.
*** Consult functional and regional leaders to ensure execution of organizational development interventions solve workplace issues and improve team and organizational performance through performance consulting, organizational design, high performing team workshops, change management, strategy and planning sessions, etc.
*** Expand and deepen organizational development capabilities, tools and frameworks in ways that enable HR to effectively lead and manage through significant business change.
*** Implement organizational and individual diagnostic tools that provide greater insights to organizational effectiveness priorities, deliver solutions, and ensure measurable impact.
*** Lead design and oversee implementation of enterprise initiatives, programs, processes that support organizational effectiveness.
