Must have lean manufacturing production management experience in a manufacturing facility and a Bachelor�s Degree in Engineering.

Shall:

*** Oversee and manage manufacturing operations such as milling, batching, grinding, forming, drying, annealing, and sintering.

*** Manage production scheduling.

*** Plan departmental operations by establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.

*** Develop or revise standard operational and working practices.

*** Support capital activities from development through implementation.

*** Write and give daily, weekly, monthly reports and presentations.
