Manufacturer of large steam turbines seeks strategic, forward thinking leader who can step in and immediately make a positive impact on the organization through developing P&L budgets from scratch, managing service teams, specifying profit goals and identifying sales targets to meet goals.

Activities:

*** Develop and manage P&L budgets and ensure activities follow annual operating plans, meet sales targets, and achieve profit goals.

*** Recommend sales of additional warranties, service contracts, upgrade and retrofit projects, and spare parts for customer purchased equipment.

*** Manage and schedule field service teams, source and select contractors to assist with upgrade and overhaul projects.

Qualifications:

*** Expertise managing an aftermarket service sales department for spare parts, repairs, warranties, upgrades, and retrofits for large steam turbines.

*** Strong knowledge of high-speed steam power turbines to component level and technical knowledge of blades, rotors, shafts, housings, casings, bearings, seals, cooling lines, etc.
