Description
Lead Discovery Biology team for an early stage biotechnology company to develop and advance Transcriptional Modulation programs used to develop therapeutic tools for treatment of diseases from early development through proof-of-concept and beyond.

*** Manage and lead a team of 5 scientists.

*** Evaluate core technology, identify appropriate disease models for effectors, and drive therapeutic programs forward through R&D.

*** Lead execution of multiple projects, including program design, assay development, in-vitro proof-of-concept, and in vivo translational studies.
