Oversee end-to-end implementation of claims process for Insurtech Partner programs, including workflow, reporting, large loss handling, and claims authority.

*** Create, implement, and manage overall claims strategy to develop claims capabilities from both a technical and technological standpoint.

*** Budget, oversee, and manage claims and TPA related expenses.

*** Manage Unallocated Loss Adjustment Expenses and Allocated Loss Adjustment Expenses costs to optimize individual program loss ratios and company performance.

*** Develop and report loss ratios and performance metrics for Insurtech Partners.

*** Serve as primary contact for third party administrators and as internal resource for claims related questions and issues.

*** Engage with reinsurance and carrier partners on claims-related inquiries, handle large loss reporting, and determine claims authority.

*** Create and implement compliant First Notice of Loss and customer communication strategies for Insurtech Partners.

*** Handle Large Loss Reporting, including preparation of Large Loss report for reinsurers.

*** Coordinate communication for affected parties related to claims disputes.

*** Work with the Legal Team to address market conduct examination or other regulatory requirements related to claims.
