Manufacturer and distributor of industrial hydro turbines, steam turbines, or similar rotating equipment seeks individual who can run a profitable aftermarket parts and services department.

Must have documentable experience creating a P&L budget from the ground up and executing it with no handholding or direction from upper management.

Shall:

*** Set and monitor annual and quarterly goals for sales and profits for reengineering and retrofit projects.

*** Set goals for aftermarket service warranty and contract sales. Recommend improvements, retrofits, or overhauls for customer turbines.

*** Give direction to field service team regarding service contracts, upgrades, and spare part sales.

*** Manage service team and field sales team schedules. Source and select contractors to aid in equipment overhaul, repair, reengineering, or retrofit projects.

Required:

*** Expert knowledge of industrial turbines to component level and ability to recommend replacements for bearings, casings, blades, rotors, lubrication systems, seals, bushings, motor housings, etc.

*** Experience leading a profitable aftermarket sales department for services and parts.
