Seeking individual with management and leadership experience who can manage sales activities for aftermarket parts and services for industrial automation equipment including conveyors, cartoners, labelers, robots, machine vision, programmable controllers, and similar.

Activities:

*** Set annual and quarterly goals for sales of reengineering and retrofit projects.

*** Develop and monitor plans to sell aftermarket service warranties and contracts for customers.

*** Train field service team in service contracts, upgrades, and aftermarket spare parts sales.

*** Analyze customer equipment to recommend improvements and retrofit projects aimed at increasing efficiency.

*** Schedule technical support and field service teams, manage manpower and assign teams to projects.

*** Source and select local third party contractors to participate in disassembly and re-assembly activities during equipment overhaul, repair, reengineering, or retrofit projects.

Requirements:

*** Expert knowledge of industrial production line equipment to component level.

*** Ability to recommend replacements for controllers, sensors, bearings, casings, blades, rotors, lubrication systems, seals, bushings, motor housings, etc.

*** Experience identifying and pursuing profitable aftermarket sales activities for service contracts, warranties, retrofits, reengineering projects, and repairs.
