Seeking expertise in the discovery and development of therapeutic antibodies to lead protein engineering teams creating novel Immuno-Oncology drugs. The Director of Antibody Engineering will have an opportunity to manage multiple research programs focused on the development of bispecific antibodies and similar multispecific molecules.

Responsibilities:

*** Provide hands on leadership to team of scientists engineering proteins and antibodies for therapeutic applications.

*** Act as subject matter expert for all bispecific antibody development projects.

*** Oversee antibody discovery, protein optimization and project validation activities.

*** Support new target evaluation and validation.

Requirements:

*** Ph.D. in biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology or similar

*** Proven expertise directing antibody discovery, engineering, and development projects

*** Comprehensive experience in bispecific antibodies development and antibody discovery by display technologies

*** Strong background in protein engineering and optimization
